Position Overview:
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting solutions that support reporting and business operations across Management Reporting team. You will work with large datasets, build dashboards and reports, and contribute to the transformation of reporting processes through innovative tools and data-driven insights.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI, and Tableau.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including SAP HANA and mainframe systems.
Assist in the development of financial and analytical models to support strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance department databases and reporting tools using VBA and other automation techniques.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of team SharePoint sites for report distribution and documentation.

 
Requirements:

2 years of experience in business reporting or data analysis, preferably in financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; experience with VBA is an asset.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and query languages (e.g., SQL, DAX).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with SAP HANA, financial modeling, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
