The Team The Provincial Rapattack Operations Centre is located next to the airport in Salmon Arm. The main objective of the Rapattack program is to quickly and effectively suppress small fires in remote, and/or difficult to access locations. DEPARTMENT SUMMARYThe Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a key partner in the delivery of change throughout IGM Financial. We deliver value by providing services related to Project/Program Management and Delivery, Data Analytics and Reporting, Portfolio Management, and Intake Management.Our mandate is to deliver seamless execution of change initiatives into the IGM organization through the adoption of an end-to-end project/program management methodology and governance.  The team is also accountable for actively managing the portfolio of initiatives (existing and new) that draw upon delivery resources across the COO organization with a focus on raising key indicators relative to human and financial resource capacity.  The team works in close partnership with other IGM shared services, IGM Corporate Operations division leaders and business leaders to deliver sustainable change and information to ensure optimization of limited resources to achieve our strategic objectives.  
 
POSITION SUMMARY  Reporting to an AVP Program Management the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple projects with high impact on the organization and multi-year budgets upwards of $5M. In addition, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing direct management and development of Project Managers within the Enterprise Project Management Office ensuring projects are delivered accordingly and our talent and capabilities are being developed and elevated. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that projects are properly chartered, planned and executed within agreed to parameters for scope, cost, schedule, change and quality, thereby ensuring sustainable change is delivered.  As a strategic business partner, you will expertly collaborate with key stakeholders, your peers, and your team to drive and support optimal delivery for the company as we continue to evolve and develop our practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    Lead project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle according to the IGM Delivery Framework•    Develop and deliver annual and multi-year program plans and budgets inclusive of resourcing plans.•    Work in conjunction with business sponsors and delivery partners to define project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables, in alignment with business goals.•    Lead and manage project management staff reporting to you, supporting their professional development and being accountable for all Human Resources practices related to recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent.•    Ensure effective communications for transparency of delivery progress for awareness and understanding by key stakeholders to ensure that all expectations are met and meaningful relationships established.•    Ensure Project Management methodology and standards are applied to projects; coach and guide direct reports relative to effective use and application of tools, processes, and methodology.•    Contribute to the elevation of the Enterprise Project Management Office relative to methodology improvement, skills development, and talent development with a focus on encouraging decision making at appropriate levels, a common-sense way of working, efficient teamwork, and compliance with corporate internal controls. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager working collaboratively as part of a cross functional team with 3 years’ experience working in financial services.•    Very good financial management experience (estimation, budget tracking, forecasts, accruals, etc.)•    Proven experience with organizational change management•    Proven experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple departments, vendors, external partners in the delivery of solutions requiring integration of multiple tools and technologies.•    Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in the application of project management methodologies.•    Demonstrates appropriate flexibility in all situations and will be comfortable with ambiguity.•    Proven ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with business leaders, peers, clients, and team will work transparently and cooperatively with cross-functional teams, effectively engaging all pertinent stakeholders, both internal and external•    Advanced communication, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills; ability to create ‘win-win’ outcomes and to obtain support of executive-level management and elicit cooperation and consensus across the business; demonstrated ability to collaborate as well as lead across a matrix organization to execute on strategies, influence change and deliver results.•    Adheres to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and will set a positive example for others.•    Demonstrates change and thought leadership by successfully guiding the organization through change, while maintaining focus, intensity and team cohesion •    Provides leadership and effective management of staff; accountable to influence employee commitment to the organization, to the team, and to their role. We are currently looking for a Director, Product Management to join our Mortgage team.
The Director, Product Management is a key member of the leadership team responsible for managing our $10B Canadian residential mortgage and HELOC portfolio. Areas of focus include product development, rate management, and product line profitability and performance.  
 
Responsibilities:

Maintain a clear strategy for product, pricing, and promotions, to ensure a portfolio with profitable growth aligned with business priorities.
Work closely with the executive leadership team on strategies to enhance the business.
Monitor the mortgage pipeline and life cycle from initial referral to renewal.
Utilize data analytics to support decision-making.
Ensure mortgage pricing and features align to market, design discretion level frameworks, and oversee promotional rates and the Pricing Desk.
Ensure proper pricing controls and reporting is in place to monitor.
Lead joint product related forums with internal and external partners. 
Develop technical specification and training documentation to support changes to existing products or the development of new residential lending products.

 
Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing residential lending products and pricing at a “Big 5” Canadian Bank.
Expert level of knowledge surrounding residential mortgage and HELOC product features, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Extensive industry relationships with other product related professionals.
Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline.
Collaborative communication style and great team player.
Highly proficient PC skills and use of current technology.
English only (bilingual FR/EN not required for role).
