Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director, Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, leadership excellence, and employee growth. This role will be instrumental in shaping the learning strategy across the organization, ensuring that all employees—from new hires to senior leaders—have access to impactful, engaging, and future-ready development opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities
Employee Development

Design and implement a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates integration and engagement.
Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent and inclusive onboarding journey.
Develop and manage scalable learning programs that support skill development, career progression, and performance enhancement.
Conduct learning needs assessments and use data-driven insights to identify and address capability gaps.
Oversee the creation and curation of diverse learning content, including digital, in-person, and blended formats. 

Leadership Development

Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs for all levels—from emerging leaders to senior executives.
Partner with senior leaders and HR to align learning initiatives with business strategy, succession planning, and talent development goals.

Strategic Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Learning & Development team.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative practices and technologies into the learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Proven success in designing and delivering onboarding and leadership development programs.
Bilingual (French) is an asset.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

 
As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.

Position
We are seeking an analyst to drive financial accountability, cost transparency, and optimization opportunities within our cloud infrastructure platforms like Azure, GCP. This role ensures that cloud investments deliver operational efficiency and financial value through data-driven insights and proactive financial governance.
 
Responsibilities:  
 
Cloud Cost Management and Optimization

Monitor and analyze cloud expenditure across platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgets leveraging platforms like Power BI/Fabric for real-time visualization and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud spending, including recommending changes to service usage, pricing models, and purchasing options, savings plan and CUDs for each of the platforms
Provide actionable recommendations on cost optimization initiatives, including reserved instances, workload scheduling, and rightsizing to cloud engineering/cloud operations team and/or relevant team(s) and track regular progress updates.
Conduct trend and variance analysis on cloud usage and costs, providing actionable insights for financial efficiency using PowerBI, MS Fabric, Excel.
Find stale/idle resources work with Eng./Operations to decommission for cost savings
Use existing databases (SQL) to aggregate, query, and transform large datasets related to cloud usage and costs, enabling efficient identification of cost-saving opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and update cloud-related budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with IT Finance, and cloud teams using Excel/PowerBI, integrating with cloud sources for dynamic updates
Support the monthly, annual, and long-range financial forecast processes for cloud operations, creating annual cloud spend baselines.
Build and maintain financial models to project and track cloud costs, supporting decision-making and resource allocation
Model and track committed usage consumptions costs and variances
Manage cloud billing accounts, pricing models, and contractual commitments for all the cloud platforms.

Reporting, Analysis, and Stakeholder Communication

Enhance and optimize existing cloud financial and consumption reports, and models, or creating new visually rich reports using PowerBI/Fabric, enabling clear communication of cloud financial performance to stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on cloud costs, usage, and financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Communicate complex financial information in an accessible manner to non-financial stakeholders, providing training and support on cloud cost management best practices.
Support quarterly earnings processes and create C-level reports and business review materials
Support and create month-end financial processes including spend accruals, variance analysis, and reporting
Outputs such as Return on Investment (ROI), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), cost per service, and cost per user help assess the financial impact of cloud engagements

Governance, Compliance, and Process Improvement

Review and manage cloud service agreements and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and negotiating for cost efficiencies.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial processes and controls related to cloud financial management with the help cloud engineering team.
Support negotiating licensing agreements and costs related to technology services.
Help establish financial accountability across the organization using transparent reporting.
Enable notifications or reports related to policy compliance, spending anomalies, or usage thresholds to help maintain financial control

Requirements:  

Post-Secondary Education diploma/degree in Financial, Accounting, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
Financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, and certified in Azure Cloud platform and Google Cloud Platform required.
Experience with financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel), data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python), and reporting (PowerBI /Fabrics)
Well-crafted verbal and written communications
Excellent written and verbal communication and report writing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to apply critical thinking to problems presented. Consider and outline options and impacts
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
