The Team At the Ministry and Children and family Development (MCFD) you’ll join a supportive and experienced team of clinicians who bring diverse skills and collaborate closely to provide the best care for children and youth. Our team of five includes four generalists, a part-time Integrated Practice Clinician, and a team leader. You’ll also work with school staff, primary care providers, and other community partners as part of an Integrated Child and Youth Care Team. We value ongoing learning and consultation, with a focus on inclusive, culturally responsive care. Together, we’re making a real impact in the lives of families in our community.
