The Cyber Defense MDR, EDR/XRD Integration Support and life-cycle expert is an IT Cyber Security Professional Responsible for Implementation, integration, tuning of MDR, EDR/XDR solutions through their service life-cycle
A prime focus to integrate, Support, normalize and provide life-cycle support as a prime expert and owner to the Managed Endpoint Detection and Response solutions

Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for protecting the principles and practices necessary in the delivery of agile software deliverables.

Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers in text context of our client interactions. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self organization in the context of the client.

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.

Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Work across a reasonable amount of multiple scrum teams to coordinate efforts when that is necessary.

Position Description

We are looking for an Intermediate Cybersecurity Architect who is an experienced professional who will apply their expert knowledge of cybersecurity to:
•Create (or assist in the creation) and guide the execution/implementation of cybersecurity architectural and design concepts to ensure that our clients’ infrastructure and services are provided in a secure environment that meets their business requirements and protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their assets; and/or
•Create conceptual architectures for the security products and services that protect our clients across Canada.
•A strong problem solver and exceptional communicator, working as part of a team the selected candidate will contribute to the development solutions to secure our clients and to protect their business operations, and to provide security advice and guidance and overall coordination for the fulfilment of security policy and control requirements. This includes activities such as those required by ITSG-33 for the operational authorization of deployed systems and services.
