Position
We are currently hiring an intern looking for a summer term position, May to August 2025 in our Montreal Office (hybrid work environment). Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after their internship are eligible to apply.
The internship will support a variety of activities and functional areas within the Financial Services Division, which could include research, reporting, presentation development, data collection and related activities within Human Resources, Financial Reporting or Sales reporting.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to key projects related to business planning and success of National Business Development Team operations.
Support compilation of data or preparation of materials used to outline strategic, operational and business decisions.
Perform other related tasks to support key priorities within the Financial Services Division, including LinkedIn and Social Media development.
Requirements:
Registered students returning to school in 2025 in a related field.
Interest and passion for a career in Financial services.
High level familiarity with MS Office suite; PPT, Excel specifically.
Organized with a process-oriented focus.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all team endeavors.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines.
Fully bilingual in English and French is mandatory. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal).
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec.

Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary education program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
