As a driven Senior Analyst, Market Research & Insights, you will be a key contributor to our team, applying strong research rigor to assigned projects. You will play a critical role in the end-to-end execution of key research programs, from design and programming to analysis and reporting.
 
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise with research platforms such as Qualtrics. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing critical support to CX programs and research initiatives, which includes platform troubleshooting, data discovery, survey automation, and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities will include:

Research Design Support: Contribute to the design of various research studies, including providing input on questionnaire development and sampling specifications.
Research Project Execution:  Lead the execution of assigned research projects, including survey programming, testing and validation, deployment, and data collection monitoring within the Qualtrics platform.
Data Analysis: Execute quantitative (statistical) and qualitative (text) data analysis tasks using Excel and Qualtrics tools (e.g., Crosstabs iQ, Stats iQ, Text iQ).
Reporting & Insights: Prepare drafts of research reports, creating clear, concise summaries and infographic-style reports that translate data into key findings for business partners.
Dashboard Management: Create and manage insightful Qualtrics dashboards that are user-friendly, visually engaging, and provide real-time access to key performance indicators.
Platform Administration & Support: Act as a brand administrator and go-to subject matter expert for the Qualtrics platform. Provide and/or coordinate technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal research partners.
Leverage Generative AI: Proactively explore and apply Gen AI tools to enhance research quality and efficiency across all stages of the research process.

 
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of market research experience, from survey programming to reporting.
Experience in Voice of Customer (VOC) research is preferred.
Proficiency in using Qualtrics or similar platforms is required.
Interest in applying Generative AI to improve research workflows and output.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Exceptional communication skills for summarizing data and creating reports.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Summary
The Systems Analyst will analyze, design and test software solutions to meet our business objectives. They have outstanding problem-solving abilities and can communicate their ideas easily to others. They are willing to learn to technologies and eager to apply their learning’s in a fast-paced environment.
 
 Duties Include:

Liaises with business stakeholders and other teams to understand business objectives and design a solution that will meet their analytics and management reporting needs.
Elicits requirements from business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, business process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
Analyzes and conceptualizes the design of the data solution, working with the Systems Architect and Software Developer to achieve the client stakeholder objectives through effective deployment of technology.
Analyzing source or target system data requirements and mapping the data to match the enterprise data platform design.
Identifying outlying data patterns and data cleanliness issues for resolution.
Documenting the high-level design and data flows end-to-end.
Design of models (including dimensional models, views, table functions, etc.), ensuring alignment to standards both industry (e.g., Kimball) and internal (e.g. security, data governance).
Ensuring the quality of the solution by creating test plans and testing the results of the development meets the requirements of the business.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline (CMA, MBA, Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Analysis, and Computer Science).
3+ years’ experience working with business principles and a broad range of different types of business functions.
Strong understanding of IS Methodologies, processes, and practices.
Experience with data systems analysis and data warehouse design. Strong SQL skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that rely on a structured approach to problem solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management industries would be an asset.
Experience in Tableau, Looker or SAP HANA would be an asset.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled End-User Compute Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-user computing solutions with a focus on Windows 11, vulnerability remediation, M365 collaborative tool hardening, and supporting employee technology experience. This role requires a deep understanding of end-user computing technologies, security best practices, and the ability to enhance the overall technology experience for employees.
Role

Lead the development of the Detailed Blueprints (high/low-level Solution Architecture).
Develop the Solution Architecture artifacts (i.e., ADRs, Detailed Blueprint, Data Flow Diagrams, Service Design Templates, etc.) in collaborations with subject matter experts from all the delivery towers that would be responsible to build out the end-to-end solution.
Provide technical direction and support for the technology sub towers within technology for the delivery of any specific solution.
Ensure approved direction on project scope and delivery methodology is followed.

Responsibilities

In collaboration Application Architecture or Service owners, consolidate requirements across all infrastructure groups.
Include Enterprise Architecture principles, patterns, policies and any standards into requirements and then create the detailed blueprint.
The detailed blueprint is intended to be as complete or prescriptive as possible.
Where services are undocumented or new, the S.A. will work with the respective service owners to document that part of the solution.
This could involve multiple service owners: Security, and other Architectures withing the IGM.
Document any deviations or exceptions and/or make recommendations to modify or amend existing EA guidelines when required.
Identify/escalate technical risk areas, document mitigation strategies, and prepare the security risk exemption documentation for review.
Works with Delivery Leads/Project Managers to help define the delivery approach that recommends how solution will be implemented.
Participate in the development of Project Charters and documentation of Jira based tasks specific to the solution development as well as review Jira based tasks in other delivery boards to ensure scope is fully covered.
Provides hands on support when items fall through the crack with the intent to have sub towers execute their work and be responsible to transition to operations in a supportable, secure, and fully documented manner.
Present the design through the Architecture Governance framework.
Produce/update technical issue log.
Review test strategy and test execution results and provide sign-off.
Oversee production implementation and support escalations/issues during warranty period.

Key Responsibilities:
Windows 11 Management

Design, deploy, and manage Windows 11 environments.
Ensure seamless upgrades and migrations from previous versions of Windows.
Optimise Windows 11 performance and user experience on virtual and physical platforms

Vulnerability Remediation

Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities in end-user computing environments.
Implement security patches and updates to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

M365 Collaborative Tool Hardening

Enhance the security and functionality of M365 collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Implement best practices for data protection and access control.
Monitor and manage M365 tool usage to ensure optimal performance and security.

Employee Technology Experience

Support and improve the overall technology experience for employees.
Provide technical guidance and support for end-user computing issues.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity through technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an End-User Compute Architect or similar role: 5+ years technical leadership positions.
Expertise in Windows 11 management and deployment.
Strong knowledge of vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
Experience with M365 collaborative tools and their security features.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CISSP).
 Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g., Azure, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Git).
