Position: 

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a fall term position, September to December 2025. Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after the internship to be eligible to apply. 

 

Located in our Toronto office, as a Change Management and Communications Assistant, responsible for the day-to-day support of the Real Estate team.  

 

Education background:  

Communications 

UX Design  

 

Responsibilities: 

Assist with building a new intranet structure and design 

Conduct audits of corporate intranet sites and track changes  

Assist with drafting employee communications and guides  

Assist in preparing presentations and status reports  

Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel preferred  

 

Requirements: 

Registered students returning to school in 2026 in a related field (Communications, BA, Organizational Psychology etc.) 

Ability to work well independently and a team environment 

Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills 

Ability to self-motivate and prioritize deadlines
