The Supreme Court of British Columbia has an opening in Vancouver for a Supreme Court Associate Judge to be appointed by Order in Council. Associate Judges have jurisdiction to hear chambers applications in interlocutory matters (such as amendment of pleadings, addition of parties, production of documents) interim family applications (such as custody, guardianship, parenting responsibilities and child and spousal support); and applications in proceedings by way of petition (such as foreclosures).
