Department Overview
IG Wealth Connect (IGWC) is strategic division within the Corporate Channel of IG Wealth Management. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized financial planning to a defined segment of clients across Canada. We play a key role in fostering long-term client relationships through proactive support and expert financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Support our Advisors and Service Specialists by ensuring they are able to accurately and efficiently service our clients
Provide department administrative support which includes transferring clients to/from the department, managing the team mailbox, processing incoming/outgoing mail and handling escalations
Review, interpret, and process documentation in alignment with IG Wealth Management policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Utilize various software applications to accurately complete requests.
Ensure all documentation is complete; follow up promptly when additional information is required.
Collaborate with internal departments to support and resolve incoming requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in financial services or a combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with back-office processing systems and procedures.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
