The Team The Terrace Guardianship Team is a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative group dedicated to supporting children and youth in care. This small team includes Guardianship Workers, a Child, Youth, and Family Support Worker, and a Team Leader, who bring enthusiasm and a commitment to building meaningful relationships within children and youth. Comprised mostly of professionals new to the field, the team embraces progressive and innovative approaches to service delivery. They work creatively and collaboratively with all Ministry of Children and Family Development service teams, community agencies, and Indigenous Nations to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of children and youth.
