The Centre serves adolescents aged 12 to 17 who are experiencing significant psychiatric, behavioural, and/or emotional challenges. It also provides specialized services for youth who have been deemed Not Criminally Responsible by Reason of a Mental Disorder (NCRMD) or Unfit to Stand Trial under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
