The Team The Permanency/Collaborative Practice team is a cohesive and diverse group that works together remotely, consisting of 5 collaborative practice facilitators, 2 family finders and 2 adoption workers. They work closely with various other teams including Intake Child Protection, Family Service, Children and Youth Metal Health, Children and Youth Support Needs and Youth Justice. The team also collaborates with Indigenous Nations to create meaningful family and cultural plans. This established team values the unique perspectives each member brings, working across both urban and rural areas, including remote communities, to strengthen community connections.
