Congratulations to the record number of women elected to Canada’s 44th Parliament.  There are now 102 women MP’s, an increase from 98 elected in 2019.   We recognize the courage and commitment of these women as well as those candidates that were not elected.  Many of these women build up their leadership skills in the private sector and by volunteering in their communities.  Our partner organization the “Women in Leadership Foundation” is a great resource to advance your leadership development and possibly take a run at politics.
