Position Details:

The successful candidate will support the Mortgage, Insurance and Banking Portfolio Support department, which is responsible for managing/coordinating department projects, leadership calls, communications strategy. Develop content for executive decks and support the Assistant Vice President, Mortgage, Insurance & Banking with ad-hoc analysis and competitive intelligence.

 

Assist with various projects underway in support of initiatives, product development/ enhancements and process improvements.

Assist with development for training/procedural documents, and maintenance of existing materials. 

Support the maintenance & testing of mortgage, insurance and banking related business forms and templates.

Assists with updates and maintenance of mortgage, insurance and banking  content on various platforms.

Support the development and enhancement of reporting, analytics, tools & templates.

Assist with execution of test plans for various systems.

Provide support to management within Mortgage, Insurance and Banking team as required.

Support BAU activities 
 

Requirements:

Ability to organize priorities to meet deadlines and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, continuously evolving workplace.

Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong Analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Position

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a summer term position, May to August in our Winnipeg office. Candidates in an undergraduate program, returning to school after the internship are eligible to apply.

 

Under the supervision of the Business Architecture Lead, you will work closely with the Business Analyst and business subject matter experts to fulfill its mandate and business needs. The individual will assist in providing input for functions in defining, designing, enhancing, and enabling business capabilities, processes, and platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with requirement gathering and documentation

Assist with analysis and problem-solving to derive valued outcomes

Assist with the documentation of current and target state business processes 

Coordination of team activities and events

 

Requirements:

Applicants must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.  

Registered students returning to school in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)

Position:

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a summer term position, May to August 2025 in our Winnipeg office. Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after the internship to be eligible to apply. This position is responsible for supporting the Data Science team in Analytics and Data Engineering tasks. The student will assist in developing datasets, models, and reports which are used to understand our business and meet strategic objectives. This position provides a great opportunity for a university student to gain practical experience in the fields of AI and Data Science.

 

Responsibilities:  

Designing and developing relevant datasets, reports and analysis for operational and strategic initiatives
Work with data from multiple sources and databases (manipulate data, prepare data for machine learning)
Analyze structured and unstructured data, organize findings and translate into actionable insights
Learn various modelling approaches and understand how to evaluate best performance considering model metrics and appropriateness for business interpretation
Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure models/solutions can be deployed
Participate in the development, testing, implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of datasets and data models as a member of the Data Science team

 

Requirements:  

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Analytics, Statistics or a similar field
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Git
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and/or other BI and reporting tools is a plus
Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g. Google Cloud, Azure) is beneficial
Good critical thinking skills – conceptualizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating
Willingness to learn how to develop code as part of a team, including clear documentation and code reviews

Position:

The Field Reporting and Recognition (FRR) team is responsible for all reporting, analytics and metrics tracked and reported on in Financial Services Distribution. This includes, but is not limited to: Consultant and Region, Business Insights Dashboards, Business Reporting, compensation and recognition reporting and distribution analytics.

 

The internship will support a variety of activities within the FRR team, which could include creating and updating reports and presentations, updating and enhancing department SharePoint sites, preforming ad hoc analysis and supporting the development of department data sources.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist department analysts with updating and maintaining current BAU reporting and analysis.

Contribute to the development of reports from new data sources including testing and documentation.

Support building models and/or preparation of materials used to assess strategic, financial, valuation or other related business decisions.

Generate insights with ad-hoc research, data analysis and modeling.

Perform other related tasks to support key priorities within the Business Reporting and Analysis team.

 

Requirements:

Registered students returning to school in a related field (B.Comm, Computer Science).

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications including Excel, Access and PowerPoint. This includes the ability to create and produce presentations and reports using the most up to date technology.

Knowledge of data visualization and sharing tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint is an asset.

Position

We are currently hiring an intern looking for the summer term, from May to August in our Winnipeg Office (hybrid work environment). This role will provide support to the Compensation team on some key deliverables and will have the opportunity to work with teams across Human Resources. Position

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a summer term position, May to August 2025 in our Winnipeg office. Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after their internship are eligible to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

Work with lead to design, develop and maintain automated scripts.

Execute automated test suite and report on results.

Leverage analytic skills to investigate and document bugs.

 

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary education program

Basic understanding of any programming language.

Interest and passion for a career in technology

Demonstrated leadership skills

Creativity and innovation

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

Analytical and problem solving skills

Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Related previous work experience is an asset

Position

The successful candidate will join the Reporting & Analytics team within the Business Management Office. As a team we provide analytical and reporting services that help assess Technology service performance and overall user experience. We design and manage a robust reporting framework and supporting processes that enable effective analytics. We understand Technology challenges and opportunities and identify valuable data points to help drive out actionable insights. We collaborate closely with Technology teams to finalize valuable insights and create effective presentations to communicate the findings to different groups of stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

Contribute to designing and building our analytics solution (dashboards, KPI’s)

Assist in designing and preparing impactful executive PowerPoint presentations

Assist in preparing and delivering recurring operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Document and improve our existing processes; automating recurring tasks

Modernize our SharePoint team sites

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Knowledge of data management tools (Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA)

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow) an asset

Knowledge creating and managing SharePoint sites an asset
