The Role
The Senior Specialist, Guest Services is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of guest-facing services across IGM’s Corporate Campus locations in Toronto, Winnipeg, and Montreal. This role ensures operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality across a diverse portfolio of programs and third-party service providers. The incumbent will lead initiatives that enhance employee experience, support strategic facilities goals, and uphold IGM’s accessibility and sustainability standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
Service Quality & Experience

Champion a client-focused approach to building services
Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service delivery and business continuity
Monthly reporting on trends, volumes of request for respective campuses
Oversight of discretionary requests and moves, adds and changes with vendor and internal teams
Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on process and workplace health and safety standards

 
Third-Party Governance & Service Oversight

Manage relationships and performance of key building service providers including cafeteria, coffee, parking, janitorial, and plant services, etc.
Monitor service quality and enforce KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards as identified in vendor agreements
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and partner to remediate any issues, as required

 
Cost Optimization & Budget Management

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies across guest services programs
Support budget planning and discretionary spend tracking and prioritization for related services This includes ensuring effective coordination of the overall move, add, changes and micro-renovations within corporate campus
Assist in business case development for new offerings or optimization initiatives
Assist with preparation of Operational and Executive reporting on guest services initiatives

 
Program Management

Lead the campus locker and workplace reservation system programs, ensuring accessibility, security, and user satisfaction
Oversee the art program, including contributing to IGM’s overall art strategy, installation, and vendor coordination
Manage plant services to maintain a welcoming and sustainable environment

Oversee townhall furniture setup and teardown, re-instatement ensuring timely and professional execution

Role Summary
The Senior Manager, IT Risk Governance supports the Director of Technology Risk in leading the Policies, Standards, and Governance function. This role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology risk policies, standards, and governance frameworks. The Senior Manager will collaborate across technology teams, risk functions, and business units to ensure effective security practices, risk oversight, control effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
Policies and Standards for Risk & Compliance

Collaborate with technology teams and the second line of defence function to develop and maintain technology risk policies, standards, and guidelines.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure relevance and effectiveness in supporting compliance with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.

Position Details
The Vice President, IGM Technology & Operations, Strategy, Planning & Analysis will drive key financial strategies and decision-making processes across IGM’s Tech and Ops functions. This role will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for these businesses, ensuring that the organization has the financial insights needed to support both operational efficiency and strategic growth. This includes planning, forecasting, expense management, management reporting and decision support.  In addition, this role will be accountable for driving IGM’s Strategic Initiative portfolio through running the Strategy Execution Office – IGM’s strategic project planning, prioritization and governance team.  The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership (CEO-level and IGM EVPs) to align financial outcomes with the company’s overall strategy, and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Planning

Oversee the annual and quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

Role & Responsibility
The Information Security & IT Risk Delivery Leader is responsible for effective delivery of the cyber security solutions within the Cyber Security program under the direction of the VP, Information Security & IT Risk. This is a highly visible role interfacing with all levels of stakeholders across the business. Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, governance and overseeing the successful delivery of complex security program including daily oversight governance controls, and monitoring progress.

Partner with business, information technology and vendor teams to understand strategic initiatives and critical success factors.

Create plans and roadmaps for timely and successful delivery of all components within the program.

Maintain an effective communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate, and timely communication to all stakeholders, including senior executives.

Keep leadership and stakeholders informed with detailed and accurate visibility to cyber security program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, budget, milestones) on a standard cadence through regular reporting and reviews.

Technical certifications related to information security (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CCSP, etc.) are an asset

The Role:

Role Summary
The Director, IT Risk Governance leads the Policies, Standards, and Governance function within the Information Technology Risk Management team. This strategic role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework that ensures technology risk is effectively managed across the enterprise. Reporting to the AVP, IT Risk, the Director will drive the development and implementation of security and risk policies, standards, and oversight mechanisms that align with IGM security practices, regulatory expectations, enterprise risk frameworks, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Policies and Standards for Risk & Compliance

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology policies and standards.
Collaborate with technology teams and the second line of defence function to develop standards and guidelines that support security compliance and enable effective technology risk management.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure policies and standards remain effective and relevant to evolving cyber security regulations and frameworks.
Ensure standards align with enterprise technology risk policy, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Support and enable the second and third lines of defense by ensuring clear documentation and demonstrable compliance.

Governance of Risk, Controls, and Metrics

Establish and maintain integrated governance frameworks across the three technology risk domains: Information Security, IT Solutions & Availability, and Data Governance, as well as across business units.
Ensure consistent governance practices by aligning with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Drive control effectiveness and compliance by developing, assessing, and enhancing controls to mitigate risks.
Lead the development and reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) to monitor risk posture and inform strategic decisions.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and accountability by embedding risk ownership and streamlining governance processes.

Risk and Governance Continuous Improvement

Identify and close gaps in risk and governance practices to strengthen control effectiveness.
Continuously enhance risk frameworks and governance models through structured reviews and stakeholder input.

Streamline governance processes to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in technology risk management, IT governance, or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of IT risk frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, CIS Controls).
Proven experience developing and managing enterprise-wide policies and standards.
Strong analytical skills and executive-level communication capabilities.
Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a key partner in the delivery of change throughout IGM Financial. We deliver value by providing services related to Project/Program Management and Delivery, Data Analytics and Reporting, Portfolio Management, and Intake Management.
Our mandate is to deliver seamless execution of change initiatives into the IGM organization through the adoption of an end-to-end project/program management methodology and governance. The team is also accountable for actively managing the portfolio of initiatives (existing and new) that draw upon delivery resources across the COO organization with a focus on raising key indicators relative to human and financial resource capacity. The team works in close partnership with other IGM shared services, IGM Corporate Operations division leaders and business leaders to deliver sustainable change and information to ensure optimization of limited resources to achieve our strategic objectives.
 
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day execution support for multiple programs and/or projects of high complexity and ensuring their assigned projects/programs are adhering to project management delivery methodologies, gating methodologies and financial processes.  
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and work hours
Manage budgets and expenditures over 10 million
Maintain appropriate project/program governance and reporting
Coordination and development of project/program materials in support of project status meetings, leadership committees and executive steering committees
Support project managers at meetings i.e. chairing meetings (if needed), taking minutes and tracking action items and agreements
Prepare executive level power point presentation materials as required to support project managers
Monitor, follow-up and organize project and program change requests

Manage small work packages and enhancements to support upskilling towards a project manager role

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a project management environment – either working on projects as a team member or in a project management support role
Very strong financial management experience (estimation, budget tracking, forecasts, accruals, etc.)
Experience in data management and analysis to generate value-added outputs
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business tools and applications to enable report development
Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring details are not missed; thrives in dynamic environment and is adaptable to changing needs
Good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to prepare and present information effectively and concisely to senior management

The Role:
