The Role:

As a member of our Digital Technology delivery team at IGM, you will be joining a highly collaborative group with experience in and passion for delivering innovative solutions for our clients, advisors, and employees using the latest technology and insights. 

 

The individual joining our team will be on the ground working with conquest’s living plan platform to deliver enhanced features our advisors and clients. A significant portion of the Systems Analysis work will relate to creating technical interface specifications based on the requirements provided by the business teams, create testing user stories to test new features and bug fixes being released by Conquest, understand production issues and provide details to the internal IG teams or to Conquest as per the requirement. We follow the IGM Delivery Framework and leverage Jira (Kanban Board) and Confluence to track our work.

 

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Works with the supplier, internal IGM technical teams, and business teams to create and/or collaborate on project deliverables eg technical/interface specifications, data mappings etc

Decomposes and visualizes work into Jiras; attends standup meetings and advises on progress

Supports the Testing efforts and will be involved in Interface/Integration Testing
 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following core competencies and experience:

Required Standard Items

Five+ years of technical Systems/Data analysis or equivalent experience

Experience working with Software Developers, Architects, Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts and to analyze technical solutions, test completed code, and complete a smooth implementation with business partners and external vendors/vendor solutions

Knowledge of solution architecture, application development, application systems design, and integration patterns

Ability to self-direct, own tasks, manage time to meet deadlines, and provide appropriate status to leadership

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a face-paced work environment

Capability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships 
 

Knowledge/Domain and Industry Expertise (and/or equivalent experiences)

Experience working with Conquest’s living plan portal application

Experience working in a technology project team environment and on projects involving the integration of disparate types of technologies/platforms. 
 

Technical Skills (and/or equivalent experiences)

Understand and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions

Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes within Salesforce

Proficient in Data Mapping and creating System Specification documentation; ability to understand json and similar files.

SQL skills and experience performing data analysis.

Python, non-SQL DB (MongoDB), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), cloud-based services/ tools

Historical use of Confluence, Jira

Job Summary

The Director of Cybersecurity Application, Cloud and Data Security Services will lead the cybersecurity strategy and operations related to application and data protection, and cloud security services. This role involves overseeing and understanding the details as it relates to the implementation and management of advanced security technologies, including but not limited to, Web Application, API and Email Security, CASB, CNAPP, and SSPM, ensuring the protection of the organization’s digital assets and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of WAF, API, Application and Email Security, DLP, CASB, CNAPP, and SSPM technologies

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience with personnel management and guidance on career progression

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a technology delivery environment where funds/resources/time constraints create challenges to be balanced

Knowledge of the Financial Services industry regulations

Department Summary:

Under the leadership of the Head of Strategy, Advisor & Client Experience, the Communication & Change Management team is connected into all facets of the business, providing overarching support and guidance for IG’s key strategic projects to drive adoption through effective communication and change management. Position:

This role is a key resource to the AVP, AX/CX Communication & Change Management, providing support in the development, management and execution of a robust advisor communication strategy. This role requires superior communication and time management skills, creativity, as well as strong organizational and project execution skills.  Additional responsibilities include the development, quality and accuracy of presentations for internal use with senior management (CEOs, Senior Vice-Presidents, Regional Vice-Presidents and Division Managers). Collaboration will be key across all functional areas of the business.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of business communications and presentation materials, ensuring consistency in content and delivery across multiple audiences.

Assist in the development, management, and execution of an effective advisor (AX) communication strategy.

Create presentation content for internal leadership meetings, offsites, townhalls and field member presentations.

Provide support with the coordination and facilitation of virtual events, including the Field Leadership Webcast (FLW) and various national meetings/events (i.e. Leaders Academy, National Regional Vice-President Meetings, Business Planning, etc.).

Requirements:

Creative approach to presentation and communication development.

Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office 365 application suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. This includes the ability to create and produce presentations and reports using the most up to date technology.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects/tasks with flexibility to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Position

Position: 

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a Fall term position, September to December 2025.  Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after the internship to be eligible to apply. This position is responsible for supporting the Data Science team in Analytics and Data Engineering tasks. The student will assist in developing datasets, models, and reports which are used to understand our business and meet strategic objectives. This position provides a great opportunity for a university student to gain practical experience in the fields of AI and Data Science. 

  

Responsibilities: 

Designing and developing relevant datasets, reports and analysis for operational and strategic initiatives 

Work with data from multiple sources and databases (manipulate data, prepare data for machine learning) 

Analyze structured and unstructured data, organize findings and translate into actionable insights 

Learn various modelling approaches and understand how to evaluate best performance considering model metrics and appropriateness for business interpretation 

Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure models/solutions can be deployed 

Participate in the development, testing, implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of datasets and data models as a member of the Data Science team 

  

Requirements: 

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Analytics, Statistics or a similar field 

Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Git 

Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and/or other BI and reporting tools is a plus 

Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g. Google Cloud, Azure) is beneficial 

Good critical thinking skills – conceptualizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating 

Willingness to learn how to develop code as part of a team, including clear documentation and code reviews
