Responsible for leading the Planning & Analysis team at IG Wealth Management, using analytical tools and judgement to provide decision-making support to all divisions within IG Wealth in the areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and annual plan development.
 
Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of business targets through high quality business analysis and interpretation with recommendations and actions
Be a corporate financial advisor to the IG Wealth business leaders
Articulate priorities and plans to internal stakeholders
Understand market trends, business models and business strategy to develop multi-year strategic plans
Leverage predictive analytics for deeper solutions to drive business decisions
Lead the development and execution of Finance strategy within the business group
Interpret and communicate accurate consolidated management reporting and analysis on a timely basis for decision-making
Lead the development of company forecasts and business plans
Liaise with key senior management to provide relevant financial business support and insights
Provide strong leadership and cultivate a high performing environment and empowering the team by fostering an inclusive work environment and flexible workforce
Coach and support the development of reports and colleagues sharing technical expertise and insight and disseminating best practice throughout the team

Work closely with Finance and operations personnel at all IGM companies
Support and improve internal controls over systems and financial process

 
Qualifications:

Business degree and/or Professional Designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, CFA)
10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience within the financial services and technology industry is an asset
Strong MS PowerPoint skills – ability to communicate the story and provide executive reporting / communication (summarize large complex amounts of data into concise value add insights)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of the organization, both verbal and written
Experienced at process improvement and performance management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively handle pressures of deadlines, changing priorities and work volumes
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and assume responsibility

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of the accounts payable team

Ensure adherence to policies, procedure, and internal controls, safeguarding Company assets and reducing the risk of financial loss

Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Post secondary degree or equivalent – Business/Accounting related

Seven plus years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

Accounts payable experience.

Proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Concur would be an asset.

Knowledge of AI technologies would be an asset.

The Role:

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this role leads the second line of defence function for all technology-related risk categories—including cyber, AI, data governance and emerging tech. The VP will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a forward-looking risk culture that enables innovation while protecting our business, people, and clients.
You will oversee risk frameworks and strategies across IGM Financial’s business units, supporting our transformation and technology modernization efforts. This includes working closely with senior business and technology leaders, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk appetite, and representing IGM in external regulatory and industry forums.
What You’ll Do

Design and lead an enterprise-wide technology risk strategy, ensuring alignment to global best practices and regulatory expectations.

What You Bring

Role & Responsibility:

The IT Risk Manager – Risk and Controls Assurance is part of the First Line of Defense and is responsible for overseeing risk assessment, controls development, review, testing, and overall assurance. This role ensures the organization has clear visibility into the IT risk landscape, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities:

The Role:

As a member of our Corporate Solutions Technology team at IGM, you will be joining a highly collaborative group with experience in and passion for delivering innovative solutions for our clients, advisors, and employees using the latest technology and insights. 

 

This role works closely with business sponsors and business representatives to capture the system’s objectives, evaluate the business requirements, and define solutions that are in alignment with the organizational system architecture. This role works with the Delivery Leader and Project Managers, Systems Architects, System Configurators, Software Developers and Quality Management in a shared responsibility for project evaluation, quality, and completion. Involvement with small to large scale projects involving multiple business areas as well as internal and external partners is anticipated.  The role will require a strong understanding of the high-level complexity across business areas where both the impact and risk associated are high.

 

The successful candidate will be working on our Human Capital Management (HCM) team and will be responsible for soliciting and documenting system requirements, following the software development life cycle.  Experience with HR technologies will be considered an asset for this position, including SAP ECC for HR and Payroll, SuccessFactors modules, Qualtrics analyzing and configuring SAP ECC and SuccessFactors HR modules; specifically, Employee Central (SuccessFactors), Payroll and Time Management (SAP ECC) and variable incentive compensation (Specialized Incentive Planning Tool – ICM). Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for a key multi-cloud, multi-vendor platform with high availability requirements.

Ensure effective monitoring of platform availability, responsiveness, health, security, and integrity of systems, including infrastructure maintenance and patching activities.
