Role & Responsibility

The Senior SailPoint Platform Specialist is a member of the IAM Operations team responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Identity and Access Management platform for the enterprise.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Entra ID solutions

Analyze data using advanced Excel techniques and DB SQL queries

Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions

Script in PowerShell to automate tasks and processes

Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

2+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including environment setup, configuring transforms,  and managing solutions for Application Onboarding

Proficiency in Java development and integrating Java-based applications

Familiarity with code management tools such as GitHub

Experience with integration testing for IAM solutions

In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and entitlement management

Key Capabilities & Responsibilities

Maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Platform

Develop and implement SailPoint ISC solutions including provisioning, birthright roles, entitlements, segregation of duties, authentication, authorization, human and non-human credential and role management, access certification, application onboarding, logging, analytics and reporting, privileged access management, across both internal and cloud platforms

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow including, virtual appliance setup in Azure Cloud, upstream and downstream integrations, Entra ID, Active Directory, automation, data integration

Experience with SailPoint and Java, JavaScript, Beanshell, PowerShell, JSON, XML, RPC, SQL, Python and REST development

Experience with integration testing for IAM solutions

In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and entitlement management

Familiarity with code management tools such as GitHub

Create and maintain documentation such as operational drawings, standard operating procedures, playbooks, manuals, etc

Troubleshoot problems and respond to escalations, and perform repairs as needed Experience in running certification campaigns and application onboarding

Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques

Support the preparation of change requests, plan, and coordinate all implementations for production and non-production environments

Collaborates effectively with the development teams to work on and assess defects and provide L2/L3 production support
 

Nice to have Skills

Knowledge of Entra ID Just In Time  Zero Trust components implementation – Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth, etc.), Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA, biometric, etc.), LDAP, Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access Policies, Azure AD proxy, device authentication and device profile validation, least privilege access, etc.

The Role

We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Compensation to join our IGM Human Resources department located in Toronto, Winnipeg.

Sales Compensation Program Management:

Work closely with the compensation leadership team in the development and design of IGM’s sales compensation programs supporting the Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses.

 

Lead the implementation and administration of the sales compensation plans including:

The Role

Key Accountabilities

 Manage the business relationship from a Project / Solution-centric approach, partnering closely with Account Managers, and help steer the Development leads

 Support overall planning and demand / partner management discussions with business leaders and technology partners, ensuring alignment and clarity of project-based intake, capacity, prioritization and progress.

 Be a technical advisor by ensuring well considered technology perspectives & expertise are integrated into business decision making processes – by ensuring early engagement and involvement of key technology partners (i.e. Architecture, Development, CoEs).

 Leverage business and technology acumen to translate complex technology concepts into business language; ensuring input and recommendations are addressing and answering business questions and requirements.

 Forge collaborative partnerships; negotiating and building alignment to ensure clear direction across business, technology and 3rd party partners during the execution of projects.

 Communicate project / solution vision, goals and priorities to project team members (e.g. Development, Systems Analysis, CoEs, PMs).

Delivery Accountabilities

 Responsible for ensuring Distribution technology projects deliver on defined business outcomes.

 Be actively engaged and involved in project-level business decisioning – understanding trade-offs and communicating decisions, priorities and relevant project information to technology and business partners

 Ensure stakeholder expectations are clear at the on-set of projects and be proactive in identifying and resolving disconnects through negotiation or governance mechanisms.

 Support the identification and on-boarding of the right skill-sets and capabilities from internal functional team leaders and external partners.

 Monitor projects (in partnership with EPMO) and assist in identifying and addressing issues that could impact meeting timelines, budget and / or scope.

 Ensure operational, reputational & intellectual risks are understood by project teams.

 Ensure the oversight for resolution of escalated IT issues.

 Support the execution of change management activities (i.e., frequent communication about rationale for change, impacts of changes, actions to minimize disruption and achieve desired results)

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Experience

 Financial Services Industry experience required

 Extensive experience with digital project delivery and program governance required

 Experience with Agile methodology required

 Scaled agile certification and experience desired, e.g. SAFe

 Salesforce platform experience desired

 University degree required

 Masters degree in Technology or Business desired

Enterprise Architect – Cloud Technologies

The successful candidate will join the IGM Enterprise Architecture and Technology Solution Architecture team, working in a dynamic and demanding environment. The Enterprise Architecture team helps define IT strategies and provides cross-platform oversight and support for application and infrastructure delivery teams.

 

Role

The Senior IGM Cloud Architect leverages their deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure, Googe Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services hyperscale cloud services to establish and maintain secure, reliable, and efficient integrated environment to host IGM applications and services.

To this end, they will work with business, application, and infrastructure delivery teams and vendors to shape the IGM technology landscape through the development of secure, reliable, reusable, and cost-efficient technology solutions.  This will include establishing technology standards and practices for introduction of new cloud services, integration patterns, and working with other teams in implementing new services and improvements to existing services.  Experience with all components of cloud-based solutions such as networking, security, Dev/Sec/Ops pipelines and integrations between the cloud services and legacy infrastructure services.  Familiarity with automation technologies and AI solutions will be essential for being successful in this role.

Department Overview: The Advisor Payroll and Compensation Programs is a key department within Human Resources at IG Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities:

The Role

We are currently looking for Quality Management Program Lead to join our IGM Technology – Quality Management team as part of IGM Financial.

 

How You Will Succeed

Plan and estimate program-sized project work specific to quality management needs.
Understand the product, identify key functionalities, and provide effective guidance on test case design to ensure high quality.
Work with the team to analyze business and system requirements through formal or informal reviews to determine System Test criteria and govern the approach to the test effort required.
Ensure quality assurance processes, practices, and tools are known and followed.
Prepare training material to train testing team members on quality standards and procedures.
Design the overall test strategy for the program.
Create the overall test plan, test schedules, roadmaps and test exit reports.
Design test automation and code quality strategies, including Functional, Integration, and Performance tests.
Manage multiple quality management teams/business representatives/3rd party resources on large scale programs.
Monitor the overall testing progress of the program, with a particular focus on Integration testing.
Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Clear and effective communication to peers, stakeholders and executives, both verbally and in writing by creating dashboards and matrices to communicate program testing status and updates.
Run IGM defect management controls for large programs, including the analysis and determination of defects’ priority and severity.
Create Test Exit report
