The position is responsible for carrying out a variety of general labour and cleaning activities relating to the sanitization of common areas and tools to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a sanitary workplace.

Job Requirements:
•    Manual labour or cleaning experience.
•    Physically fit and able to lift and carry containers and bags weighing up to 25kg for 30m on an on-going basis.
•    Able to work outdoors in all types of weather, including winter cold weather, and with potential allergens such as pollen, grass, insects, chemical cleaners, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers; as well as ability to work at heights using lifts and ladders up to 5 m.
•    Experience with and can operate vehicles, equipment, and tools safely.
•    Possess a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license or equivalent.
