The Team
The Partner Management team within the Finance and Partnerships Branch is is a dynamic and collaborative team driving growth and innovation through key partnerships. As a new team, we focus on strategic business development, negotiation, and relationship-building to ensure our partnerships are productive and aligned with our strategic goals. The branch supports the overall partnerships and onboarding services for BC Registries and Digital Services, Provincial Identity Information Management Program (IDIM), In-Person Services, and the Provincial Contact Centre. The team works closely with Service BC partners, clients and management teams as an advocate of Service BC identity and authentication service programs while focusing on strengthening partner relationships.

The Role
The Client Integration Analyst provides expertise and oversight in the role of onboarding with Identity Management products in support of Ministry or government strategic and operational goals. The role develops solutions to support the current and long-term program needs of all clients. The successful candidate has strong communication and organizational skills and will be expected to lead and facilitate project management discussions with a key emphasis on monitoring and ensuring onboarding project activities are being met. This position directly impacts the citizens’ journey, ensuring seamless and efficient access to services offered by Service BC. The work is both impactful and rewarding, as it contributes to the overall quality of public service and citizen satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field or relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing business analysis for key front-line systems with complex business processes.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience with Identity Management policies, concepts & best practices.
  • Experience with Service BC’s Identity and Authentication Services.
  • Experience with Government privacy & security landscape.
