This role will be instrumental in shaping the learning strategy across the organization, ensuring that all employees—from new hires to senior leaders—have access to impactful, engaging, and future-ready development opportunities.   Key Responsibilities Employee Development Design and implement a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates integration and engagement. Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent and inclusive onboarding journey. Develop and manage scalable learning programs that support skill development, career progression, and performance enhancement. Conduct learning needs assessments and use data-driven insights to identify and address capability gaps. Oversee the creation and curation of diverse learning content, including digital, in-person, and blended formats.  Leadership Development Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs for all levels—from emerging leaders to senior executives. Partner with senior leaders and HR to align learning initiatives with business strategy, succession planning, and talent development goals. Strategic Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Learning & Development team. Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of learning initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative practices and technologies into the learning ecosystem. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven success in designing and delivering onboarding and leadership development programs. Bilingual (French) is an asset. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.   As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
