Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Training Support Agent who will be able to provide administrative support for the daily operations related to training activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
– Plan training schedules for internal teams and clients
– Track deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing projects
– Manage team email inboxes and communications (filter, prioritize, redirect)
– Perform various administrative tasks
– Send training-related emails
– Prepare and analyze participation statistics and survey results
– Process training invoices in internal systems
– Coordinate year-end training sessions: create sessions, manage logistics, send communications to participants
– Manage trainer tools for the demo IT environment
– Collaborate with other departments on coordination tasks and administrative activities
– Participate in certain project meetings related to training
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Education:
– Vocational diploma (DEP) in administration, human resources, office technology, or any other relevant field.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook)
– Comfortable using training management platforms (Yapla, Teams, Talentsoft or equivalent) is an asset
– Strong analytical and reporting skills
– Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingual environment)
Personal Attributes:
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
– Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
– Team spirit, autonomy, and eagerness to learn
Additional Assets :
– Knowledge of the payroll sector and familiarity with OPÉRA, EmployeurD, and Nethris environments is considered an asset
– Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with clients across the country
