Position Description:
The Analyst will have primary responsibility for the administration of equity programs. The programs are deployed in 30 countries and includes long-term incentives (LTI) and employee share purchase program (ESPP). The Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support to ensure our programs are compliant, tools are functioning and that processes are optimal.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day activities related to share based programs
• Insure integrity and accuracy of data
• Support the participant experience, including creating member presentations and addressing participant inquiries.
• Produce regular and on-demand data analysis, reporting (financial and regulatory filings) and reconciliation.
• Contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of improved processes and practices.
• Provide support in researching and resolving systems/tools problems, understanding unexpected results and recommending solutions or alternate methods.
• Participate in activities related to Executive Compensation.
• Collaborate actively with internal colleagues and external vendors
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills in both French & English.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities and apply good judgment
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
