Mission:
Join our dynamic team at a leading international bank and contribute to our growing presence in Montreal. As a Fixed Income Risk Engine Support Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and risk management systems.
About the Role:
You’ll provide essential technical and functional support for our fixed income risk engines, enabling traders and risk analysts to make informed decisions. Your strong knowledge of market risk, fixed income products, and ITIL best practices will be invaluable in maintaining our applications and ensuring their reliability.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within our complex financial environment.
Collaborate closely with trading teams and development groups in New York, Paris, and Bangalore.
Provide timely status updates to clients and IT management.
Learn key production support practices and gain in-depth financial expertise.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a support analyst.
Strong understanding of finance, particularly market risk processes and fixed income products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
CFA Level 1 or higher.
ITIL certification.
Programming experience (Python, Shell).
