We are looking for a Junior EPM Consultant / EPM Administrator, with a preference for expertise in Oracle Hyperion HFM (Financial Consolidation) or Oracle Hyperion Planning (Budgeting and Strategic Planning), to join CGI’s Center of Excellence.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support our clients in their business and technology transitions
• Provide guidance and support to Finance and IT clients in their financial consolidation and budgeting processes
• Assist users and ensure the overall proper functioning of applications
• Develop and configure HFM and Hyperion Planning applications and components
• Advise clients on business and technology best practices
• Enhance applications based on client requests
• Make structural data changes when required
• Conduct application testing
• Define and develop business rules
• Ensure calculation rules in Hyperion function properly and optimize them as needed
• Maintain the integrity and completeness of databases in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning (HP)
• Continuously optimize and improve application processes for greater performance and propose new initiatives
• Participate in upgrade and implementation projects
• Follow established operational processes and contribute ideas for improvement
• Update documentation during process changes or project phases
• Maintain the Hyperion (HFM & HP) user list and manage access according to established rules
• Develop and update reports, forms, and calculation rules in HFM and HP as needed
• Participate in various projects, including Hyperion upgrades
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, CFA, or in progress toward one of these titles, or a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS / B.A.A. IT profile), or an IT profile with finance and accounting experience
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of financial consolidation and budgeting/strategic planning concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Asset: Previous experience with EPM products such as Oracle Hyperion
• Asset: Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, Python, or Jython
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with national and global clients
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Autonomy, initiative, and rigor in task execution
• Strong organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility
