The testing advisor (software testing) is responsible for participating in the development and maintenance project of the payroll and human resources application;
Your future duties and responsibilities:
– Performs manual testing of modified or added features;
– Participates in automated testing of modified or added features.
– Produces test scenarios;
– Ensures compliance with initial requirements;
– Documents anomalies detected during functional, integrated, and acceptance testing;
– Participates in defining and implementing improvements within the team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, human resources, and time management solutions, or in quality assurance testing;
– Minimum college diploma in a related field (administration, IT, software quality, etc.);
– Experience in application, web, mobile, or AS400 testing (an asset);
– Experience with agile development cycles (an asset);
– Experience with Jira, Confluence, and XRay (an asset)
– Strong learning ability;
– Ability to work in a team, but also to be independent;
– Possess advanced analytical skills;
– Demonstrate thorough follow-ups;
– Independent time and priority management;
– Flexible work schedules;
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
– Fluency in spoken and written French
