Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • The System Services Representative is responsible for all activities related to providing service to IBM and other equipment manufactures Servers & Mainframes, including the peripheral equipment that makes up a complex system environment. This will include maintaining complete and accurate customer records, interacting with customers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a connection with customers are vital in this position.
  • Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. With occasional requirements to work off prime shift and weekends, including standby/on call rotation. Overtime will be paid.
  • Valid Driver’s License is a MUST.
  • Vehicle is required (or provided by company), mileage will be reimbursed.
  • The position requires an organized team player with multiple years’ experience in a professional services environment. Junior Professional Level candidates are acceptable.
  • Work Location: North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins
