Position Description:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee large-scale IT projects and programs across multiple delivery centers, leading a geographically diverse team. This role focuses on the planning, implementation, and deployment of global IT solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to identify and propose effective IT solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases for corporate solution implementation.
• Plan, organize, manage, and oversee all project/program activities.
• Engage and coordinate with resources and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Establish clear, measurable goals and success criteria for projects.
• Report project progress to sponsors and the management committee.
• Mitigate risks and manage outstanding issues and change requests.
• Ensure deliverables comply with established standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal clients to define and deliver project requirements.
• Establish governance and communication plans to engage all stakeholders.
• Take accountability for the overall success of projects and programs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To excel in this high-visibility role, candidates must demonstrate a strong project management background, exceptional leadership skills, and a systematic, results-driven mindset.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in program/project management.
• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale, complex projects (5,000 to 10,000 person-days).
• Experience with both infrastructure and application projects; familiarity with security and data privacy projects is a plus.
• High proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred; Agile experience is a plus).
• Skilled in creating detailed, integrated project plans (MS Project preferred; JIRA experience is an asset).
• Strong leadership abilities to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including VPs and executives.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of priority management.
• Committed to delivering quality results on time.
