Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Analyst to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in business analysis, configuration, customization, and implementation of the Finance and Project Operations modules, including bank integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
• Configure and customize the Finance and Project modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration of banking solutions and third-party systems.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Lead workshops with clients to validate business processes.
• Provide expert advice to clients to optimize their use of the Dynamics 365 platform.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or its predecessors (AX 2012, AX 2009), specifically in the Finance and Project modules.
• Proven experience with banking integration (payments, statements, SEPA formats, ISO 20022, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and project management (billing, cost, resource management).
• Ability to work in a project-based environment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead client workshops, and proficiency in documentation.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a significant asset.
Preferred Certifications:
• MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• MB-920: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
• Any other relevant Microsoft certification will be considered an asset.
