Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Integrate new clients into the payroll service and selected complementary modules.
• Analyze and confirm client needs, following up as necessary.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality and adhere to ISO processes.
• Train clients on software usage and inform them about relevant legislation.
• Support clients during their initial payroll processes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, portal access, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about changes affecting our solutions. You’ll use our payroll solutions to assist clients online or over the phone.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in payroll.
• Strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, synthesis, and planning abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Completion of the “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” course from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (INP) is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of accounting for general ledger interfaces is also an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (an advantage).
