Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will help people and make a positive impact. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, becoming their trusted advisor. On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

-Implement the following modules: Group Insurance, General Ledger, Request Management, Timesheet.
-Gather client needs according to the module to be implemented.
-Propose optimal solutions tailored to the client’s business context.
-Propose a work plan to the client, if necessary.
-Collect all necessary documents for module implementation.
-Assist the client with interface needs with other applications.
-Perform required configuration in the application.
-Ensure the integrity of the client’s file throughout the implementation process.
-Meet established deadlines with clients.
-Act as an internal resource person.
-Coordinate and perform the required quality control for file delivery.
-Train new or existing clients on the modules.
-Document the specifics of the client file.
-Rigorously follow up on ongoing implementation files.
-Provide advisory support throughout the implementation process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of relevant education and experience.
-A minimum of eight years of payroll experience.
-Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset).
-Relevant experience in large-scale corporate payroll implementation projects (an asset).
-Knowledge of the various stages of the payroll preparation cycle.
-Basic accounting knowledge for general ledger interface.
-Ability to analyze different interface needs.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
-Teamwork skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Analytical, synthesis, and planning skills.
-Good priority management and organizational skills.
-Teamwork and communication skills.
-Knowledge of the Nethris Internet Suite or EmployeurD l’Unique application (an asset).
-Knowledge of products such as Timesheet, group insurance, etc. (asset).
-Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools.
-Excellent command of both French and English, both spoken and written (essential).
