We are looking for a skilled IBM Verify Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of IAM experience. Implementing experience of the IBM Verify tool, managing digital identities, and integrating with on-premises Active Directory (AD).
Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) are essential for this role.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• IBM Verify Implementation: Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the IBM Verify tool to enhance our digital identity management.
• Integration with On-Premises AD: Design and implement integration solutions between IBM Verify and on-premises Active Directory to ensure seamless identity synchronization and authentication.
• Application Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new applications, ensuring they are properly integrated with our IAM systems and comply with security policies.
• Identity and Access Management: Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance our IAM framework.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on implementing IBM Verify and integrating with on-premises AD.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital identity management, IAM principles, and security best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
