CGI has a unique and challenging opportunity for a proactive leader with strong organizational ability, a keen analytical mind, who is relationship savvy, and has a desire to work with CGI’s senior leaders to help to plan and support CGI as we continue to grow.

Supporting TFS Business Unit, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to display their solid academic background combined with an ambitious entrepreneurial spirit and an affinity to work closely with CGI’s senior level management.

This role requires the incumbent to work within tight timelines, with competing priorities and evolving requirements. In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

– Support management team in the sales process and understanding the Business Engineering Management Framework, and the approvals required as part of the approval process.
– Support the scheduling of senior management meetings as well as facilitate the meetings and send action items and attendees to the management team.
– Provide feedback on how opportunities align to the BEMF mandatory reviews.
– Review and distribute meeting materials ensuring actions are documented and complete.
– Manage CRM system and ensure compliance with CGI’s best practices.
– Local Account Representative on CRM (MS Dynamics) to assist with the resolution of issues related to the ESR process.
– Educate and assist members in the proper use of CGI systems and processes.
– Collaborate with leaders and OPLs to ensure all processes are followed for audit purposes.
– Lead offshore teams to ensure quality deliverables that meet the needs of the BU.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

– Advanced MS Office Skills with a focus on Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
– Attention to detail is imperative as data must be accurate and explainable for management decision making.
– Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization abilities.
– Ability to keep detailed notes on multiple opportunities able to manage multiple opportunities at a time and keep notes so all team members can
– Leadership skills and performs well under pressure with close deadlines
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– A keen interest/understanding in technology is an asset
– Quick learner who is flexible and able to multi-task while still adhering to detail
– Confident and comfortable interacting with senior leaders at all levels in the organization
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
