Position Description:
As part of strengthening our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, CGI in Montreal is seeking a motivated and passionate ERP Functional Analyst. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of our clients by translating business needs into concrete solutions using Business Central.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
– Participate in business needs analysis workshops (finance, logistics, maintenance).
– Write functional specifications and document business processes.
– Configure Business Central modules based on client requirements.
– Coordinate functional testing and validation with users.
– Prepare and deliver training for internal teams and clients.
– Provide post-deployment support and assist with ongoing solution improvements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
– Reside in the province of Quebec.
– Already legally authorized to work in Canada.
– Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both French and English.
– Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
– Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis.
– Strong understanding of financial or logistics processes.
– Proficient with Teams, Jira, and Confluence tools.
– Experience working in Agile environments / Release Management.
– Strong communication, simplification, and client workshop facilitation skills.
