What will be your day-to-day?
-Use Project Management best practices: identify project scope, define project plan and workload, follow up and report regularly to projects sponsors and escalate issues.
-Strong analytical skills in order to assess processes to identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest new work processes or tools.
-Prepare, edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
-Lead testing efforts, define test conditions, and develop accurate and complete test plans.
-Train users on new business applications and edit user’s procedures
-Ensure that issues are identified, tracked, reported.

-Proficient with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Competencies:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize work amongst multiple projects
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Adaptability to changing and growing user needs
-Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency
-Willingly accepts challenging assignments
-Favors solutions that can be re-used by others
Preferred skills:
-Knowledge of payments processes including, but not limited to, Swift Alliance, FED, Chips, SSIs and OFAC primarily for the USD market
-Knowledge of cash management processes including, but not limited to, projecting EOD balances, reconciling projected vs actual intraday, self-clearer vs correspondent payments
-Knowledge of intraday liquidity regulations and trends i.e. Basel III mandates
-Knowledge of security settlements i.e. DTCC
Experience Needed:
5+ years’ experience in a business analyst / project management role
Experience working in a global banking environment
LANGUAGE: French, English
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
