• Manage relationships with credit union stakeholders (technical, operational, and executive), acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between internal product, engineering, and implementation teams, as well as third-party vendors.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements (e.g., OSFI, AML, PCI DSS) throughout the delivery process.
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption strategies in collaboration with client-side teams.
• Deliver and present project performance reports, including KPIs, milestones, and executive summaries.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of internal project delivery practices, templates, and frameworks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven success leading projects with credit unions, banks, or regulated financial institutions in Canada.
• Strong understanding of payments, clearings and settlements, core banking systems, integrations (e.g., API/middleware), and financial services technology.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate organizations with diverse and sometimes competing interests.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Knowledge of Canadian regulatory environments and security standards relevant to digital banking.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, especially with user adoption of new technology platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar.
