At CGI, we drive our clients’ digital transformation through recognized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our Microsoft practice in Quebec and are looking for experienced Tech Leads to lead high-impact projects across various sectors (public sector, transportation, energy, etc.).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities include:
– Technical Design: Design robust solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating C#.NET, Azure, Power Platform, Angular, and other complementary technologies.
– Team Leadership: Lead developers and analysts in an agile context, foster collaboration, ensure technical quality and on-time delivery.
– Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Take part in architectural decisions, code reviews, deployment strategies, and complex data migrations.
– Practice Development: Actively contribute to the growth of our Dynamics/Power Platform center of excellence and the upskilling of internal talent.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
– Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with Dynamics CRM/365.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#.NET, strong understanding of cloud architectures (Azure), and experience with integration tools.
– Communication: Comfortable communicating in either French OR English; bilingualism is an asset.
– Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada for any employer.
– Location: Candidates from anywhere in Canada are welcome.
Assets:
– Microsoft Certifications: MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-260.
– Power Platform Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, PL-600.
– Experience supporting clients during scoping or functional design phases.
– Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
