Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yong St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week – subject to change at any time.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and experienced Digital product marketing specialist to join our team in the Ontario region. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Product Management.
The Digital Product Marketing specialist will be responsible for defining, executing and optimizing the digital marketing plan for D2C mobile app. The marketing plan should include direct digital marketing channels as well as partnerships. This role will leverage data analytics to drive growth in the app downloads and consumer engagement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, implementation and management of marketing automation tools.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for partners and direct-to-consumer segments.
• Develop a compelling product story and assist with product positioning to identify a unique market stance for successful marketing collateral creation.
• Create, develop and support engaging content to help educate Canadians on insurance.
• Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
• Monitor and report on all digital marketing key performance indicators, providing regular insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate.
• Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to promote events and measure their impact.
• Define product requirements required for you to measure and promote adoption and engagement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• You should have experience with Product Digital marketing with data driven decision making.
• Minimum of 10 years of product marketing experience.
• An individual contributor who has the Go-getter attitude and can grow into a leader by hiring and expanding the digital marketing team.
• Experienced in, or excited to learn, the insurance domain.
• Experience in mobile app lifecycle.
• University business or marketing undergraduate degree.
• Highly organized, detail and result oriented.
• Ability to quickly shift priorities and focus based on changing business needs.
