Position Description:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational and analytical skills to work with the CGI’s Canadian senior leadership team to help them plan and drive business growth in Canada. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate academic knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, ambition and ability to work with CGI senior management.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Work with the senior management team of the Strategic Business Unit Canada (SBU Canada) to support them in the analysis to be carried out and in the presentation of results
-Coordinate with the senior management team to create presentations used during regular strategic business unit planning activities
-Participate and prepare weekly cabinet meetings
-Prepare presentation material for monthly meetings, quarterly meetings,, Annual Tour and others
-Be the master of CRM application in Canada
-Liaise with business unit planners across Canada
-Participate in teleconferences with Canada’s Business Unit planners
-Work closely with SBU Canada’s finance, HR and marketing teams and senior management team to coordinate the development of the annual business plan
-Collaboration on the development of strategic planning material
-Develop templates, manage updates, track data to ensure integrity and consistency
-Update and analyze the sales funnel based on business requirements and support managers in the use of the customer relationship management tool
-Evaluate and regularly measure the achievement of key performance indicators
-Coordinate and monitor strategic planning programs (Voice of our Clients & Partners)
-Provide advice and assistance to CGI Partners on the use of the various CGI tools
-Be flexible to deal with competing priorities of senior leaders
-Modify, simplify and improve the information contained in the presentations, as needed, before their distribution
-Closely monitor and respect established deadlines so that all deliverables are delivered on time
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-University degree and relevant work experience
-Bilingualism is a must; English and French
-Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
-Quick learning ability
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Autonomy, rigor and management of priorities
-Analytical skills, business acumen and financial knowledge
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Attention to detail and quality
