Position Description:
Challenges ahead:
In this role, the candidate will be called upon to collaborate with the solutions’ technical teams in order to prioritize development work, document functional specifications and support the various testing phases. Based on business requirements and processes, the candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is aligned with the existing organization’s architecture.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:
– Gather functional needs and technical system requirements;
– Collaborate, as a specialist, on detailed solution feasibility/design with the solution architecture team;
– Collaborate with UX/UI teams in the development of user experience;
– Produce or update system documentation;
– Participate in the development team’s follow-up meetings and report on progress, possible solutions and/or problems that could compromise the project’s schedule or completion;
– Perform functional tests;
– Contribute to the follow-up, support and resolution of application problems.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in functional analysis or in payroll, human resources and time management solutions;
– Minimum of a college diploma in a related field (computer science, analysis, administration, etc.);
– Relevant work experience within a WEB application development team (an asset);
– Experience with a structured development methodology (an asset);
– Experience in Agile development cycle (an asset);
– Fluent French required;
