Support Analyst
About the Role:
As a Support Analyst within our Identity & Access Management team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and security of our organization’s digital infrastructure. You’ll work closely with end-users and technical teams to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide expert support for IAM applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with relevant teams to minimize downtime.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all IAM services align with security standards and regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance self-service capabilities.
Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Collaboration: Work effectively with global teams in France and India to deliver consistent support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SQL, networking fundamentals, and Unix/Linux commands.
Understanding of API concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, or Matomo.
Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, or Python.
Familiarity with security best practices.
