Your role and responsibilities

As a Technology Sales Lead at IBM, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues that impact IBM client business and enhancing the client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the problem resolution process end-to-end, analyzing and training IBM AI and other cognitive-based knowledge sources for high-quality and timely problem identification, analysis, resolution, and deployment.
  • Analyzing cognitive data trends for deeper insights to continuously improve the client experience.
  • Enabling client success in the use of IBM hardware and software across technologies and platforms through complex problem resolution, client management, teaming effectiveness, content creation and re-use, social-technical eminence, and innovation.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their business needs as they relate to IBM’s products and services to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating broad knowledge and experience in an enterprise-wide Technical Specialty, as well as in-depth knowledge in the IBM product(s) in scope for Support.
