Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week – subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Needs to take ownership for push the project forward, alleviating technical and non-technical roadblocks
• Needs to build and understand technical documents outlining what the Project / Program does and requirements
• Needs a high level understanding of various technologies
• Needs to be able to coach fellow team members of defined processes and agile practices
• Needs to be able to articulate a technical problem and play a contributing role in resolving the problem
• Needs to be able to understand the business impact of decisions and prioritize tasks to minimize risk
• Needs to be comfortable in taking small, calculated risks to experiment possible alternatives to make the project better
• Understand the client experience to improve the experience and generate value
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Possesses analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates applied knowledge of one or more analysis and problem decomposition techniques
• Understands complete Software Development Life Cycle and can apply the applicable portions of the ‘Feasibility,’ ‘Requirements,” and ‘Analysis’ phases.
• Demonstrates writing and documentation skills.
• Understands and can explain to others the core processes involved in their area of support
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
• Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skilled at conveying complex ideas to both business and technical teams
