Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the CCaaS program, ensuring functional coverage, high availability, performance.
• Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases for voice, chat, email, and omnichannel customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to define test requirements and quality goals.
• Drive automation efforts by selecting and implementing appropriate test automation frameworks for cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous testing and deployment of CCaaS features.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, performance, , and user experience validation.
• Monitor and report test results, defects, and quality metrics, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
• Lead defect triage sessions, root cause analysis, and resolution planning with development and operations teams.
• Stay updated on the latest CCaaS technologies, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong experience with CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, , or similar solutions).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of contact center technologies, VoIP, SIP, IVR, chatbots, and CRM integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
