Position Description:
CGI is one of the largest IT and consulting services companies in the world. We are looking for a Siebel Configurator for one of our major clients, a key player in its industry. By joining CGI, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports its clients in implementing innovative technology solutions.
As a Siebel Configurator, you will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business needs. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the IT team, proposing and implementing tailored technical solutions.
Your main mission will be to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and configure the Siebel tool to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
– Analyze business partner operations to identify areas for improvement.
– Translate business requirements into functional specifications and propose solutions tailored to the technology platforms.
– Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to determine the best approach.
– Develop use cases, test plans, and coordinate their execution.
– Manage the customer catalog and pricing, ensuring accuracy and updates.
– Configure, develop, and implement use cases in Siebel.
– Test and validate developed solutions.
– Execute queries on relevant databases and analyze data to support proposed solutions.
– Present approaches and solutions to stakeholders to ensure adoption and implementation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
– Between 3 to 8 years of experience with Siebel CRM.
– Experience in administration, configuration, migration, marketing, or catalog management in Siebel (Oracle CRM).
– Experience with SIA version 23.2.0.0 on-premise.
– Comfortable speaking English.
– Must already be legally authorized to work in Canada.
– Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
– Excellent communication skills with different organizational levels.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
– High sense of confidentiality, judgment, and initiative.
Assets:
– Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as Bitbucket and/or JIRA (an asset).
– Experience in the telecommunications or cable industry (billing, customer service, accounting) (an asset).
– Experience with other CRM platforms (an asset).
– Speaking French (an asset).
