OpenText Exstream Developer will lead, develop and manage project deliverables using OpenText Exstream, OpenText Exstream Empower and more.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support dynamic forms using various ECM tools, including OpenText Exstream, OpenText Exstream Empower, and Adobe/AEM Designer.
• Manage, lead, and coordinate all technical template aspects of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines and requirements are met and delivering defect-free products to the business.
• Conduct in-depth analysis on data rationalization and data mapping for new applications being onboarded to Exstream. Facilitate discussions with technical teams on schema designs, naming conventions, and application integrations.
• Integrate with other D&A platforms, source systems/triggering systems, and downstream applications, such as eSignature, CMOD, FileNet, and SmartForms.
• Enable accessibility within Exstream and Adobe.
• Collaborate with print vendors to negotiate specifications for print-ready files, manifest files, and reconciliation processes.
• Adhere to client brand standards for all forms and consistently apply coding best practices.
• Maintain the team’s existing forms inventory solution and related documentation.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting other members and following Agile methodology.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-10 years experience
• Proven experience with OpenText Exstream, Adobe/AEM Designer, and other ECM tools.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, schema design, and application integration.
• Experience with accessibility enablement in document design.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
