We are seeking skilled Full-Stack Developers to join our dynamic Agile team, working within the enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our Downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) 3 times per week – subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Gather and refine technical requirements to meet business objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
• Collaborate with Scrum team members to plan sprints, execute project milestones, and proactively escalate issues when needed.
• Lead and guide team members with varying levels of experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5–7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• 3+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• 3+ years working with microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage differing perspectives, and provide technical guidance.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
