Your future duties and responsibilities:

On a typical day, you’ll perform the following tasks:
– Prospect;
– Provide a high level of customer service by being knowledgeable about all product offerings;
– Provide consistent sales and product coaching to ensure the highest level of sales;
– Ensure business development with existing and new customers by proposing our complementary payroll and human resources management solutions;
– Demonstrate the solution to customers;
– Maintain performance indicators and improve internal processes;
– Participate in various representation or promotional events (conferences desirable);
– Meet influential people to present the company and its solutions;
– Enter sales data required for monthly performance reports and follow up on prospects and opportunities using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool;

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Education or experience in sales, communications, or marketing:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in selling products and services over the phone.
• Ability to work with individual and collective sales targets.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial terms within set price and limits.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism is essential).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of payroll solutions, human resources, and time management (an asset).

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global customers.
