Position Description:

Location: Drummondville (preferred radius: Sherbrooke, Victoriaville, Beloeil, St-Hyacinthe, Trois-Rivières)

CGI is seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Architect, specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to take on a leadership role in strategic ERP/SaaS integration projects.

As a key member of our ERP Center of Expertise, you will be responsible for defining structuring orientations, ensuring the technical and functional consistency of delivered solutions, and acting as a trusted partner to our clients in the execution of high-value projects.

You will collaborate with our local and international teams (including a technical architect based in Sweden) while serving as a primary point of contact for business decision-makers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

– Integration Leadership: Provide vision and governance for ERP, SaaS, and internal tool integrations by defining and promoting best practices.

– International Collaboration: Work closely with our European experts to ensure robust and seamless deliveries.

– Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a key liaison during client interactions – presentations, technical guidance, and strategic alignment.

– Internal Tools Optimization: Leverage and master the EMS/EMT tool (training provided) to manage the duplication of legal entities in Business Central.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

– Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
– Must reside in the province of Quebec. Location: Drummondville (preferred radius: Sherbrooke, Victoriaville, Beloeil, St-Hyacinthe, Trois-Rivières).
– Proven experience in the design and delivery of ERP/SaaS integration projects.
– Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or related products in the D365 suite).
– Strategic vision and ability to design effective, sustainable delivery models.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences (IT, executives, business teams).
– Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
