Position Description:
Location: Montreal
Main Responsibilities
Assist our internal clients in reflecting on and defining their overall change management strategy to provide tailored and end-to-end support.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a change management framework (tools, models, guiding principles).
Lead workshops with work teams and stakeholders to capture impacts, risks, and issues.
Implement all change management levers to mobilize and engage key project stakeholders.
Carry out change management activities, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, risk assessment on human and organizational aspects, implementation of communication and training plans, and preparation/transition to change implementation.
With the Project Management Office, coordinate change management activities and ensuring the production of deliverables.
Ensure the quality of change management deliverables and produce progress reports. Define and measure success criteria and monitor the progress of change for each project.
Lead and monitor change management deliverables in connection with project governance, and ensuring the integration of activities and deliverables into the overall project schedule.
Propose action plans to achieve set objectives in the face of unforeseen situations and potential risks.Secondary Responsibilities
Examine, improve, and streamline business processes within the organization. In a project context, identify and recommend actionable items derived from inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes. Their tasks include:
Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures.
Develop and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on proposed changes.
Provide training and support to team members regarding new technologies and processes.
Academic Background
Hold a bachelor’s or master s degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate or SeniorExperience
Proven experience of 2 years or more in change management, preferably in a consulting firm, and a desire to invest in enriching your expertise in change management in challenging projects.
2+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
Experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across business and technology teams to drive common approaches, and delivering sustainable, agile, and reusable solutions
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors)
Good knowledge of change management methodologies, models, techniques, and tools.
Autonomy, adaptability, excellent listening, analysis and synthesis skills, strong customer service orientation, good interpersonal skills, creativity, and curiosity are essential assets.
Ability to present in front of groups at all hierarchical levels.
Proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
Knowledge of the organization’s vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics.
Planning and organizing skills to mobilize both time and resources effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 and later.
