Position Description:
The client team is responsible for the ecosystem ensuring customer data management, so they are at the heart of all activities that provide a red-carpet service to their customers.
You will be a member of a Squad that aims to innovate and develop new ways of integrating data and data sources into our assets, as well as making data available to our customers and consumers.
They have taken the DevOps turn, and they have the ambition to accelerate their transformation in the coming years.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Working with the MDM Solution Architect and MDM Product Specialist to create detailed design specifications, perform the required development and software configuration, develop and manage code deployments, support integration of the MDM solution in the applicable environments, provide test support and defect resolution, and support production rollout activities.
Experience in full lifecycle technology implementations as a Lead Developer with overall Application Architecture knowledge in Master Data Management (MDM)
Understanding of different components at the business, technology and data layers
Knowledge of the data model provided with IBM MDM Advanced & can perform data mapping activities based on requirements
Implementation of IBM InfoSphere MDM Advanced Edition – Physical versions up to and including MDM AE v11.6
Solve technical and configuration issues
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3+ years of experience with various JAVA Frameworks and Core Java development
3+ years of DB2, SQL or Oracle.
3 or more years of experience in Java/J2EE, SQL, SOAP, REST.
2 or more years of experience in unit testing framework
3 years experience with Web Services Development
3 years experience with XML/JSON messages
3 years experience with Traditional Development Life Cycle or Agile/Extreme Programming.
3+ years of experience with integration of the IBM MDM Advanced software with Enterprise Service Bus technologies
5+ years of experience implementing IBM s MDM Advanced – Physical Customer and Account domains
Bilingualism: French and English*
Hands-on knowledge and experience developing and testing MDM Additions, Extensions, Composites, Business Proxies, Business Rule validations, Request Response Framework, Batch Processor and Event Manager
Solid knowledge and experience implementing the MDM Suspect Duplicate Processing (Deterministic/Probabilistic) and pME (Probabilistic Matching Engine), Transaction Audit Logging TAIL), Event Manager, Messaging and Notifications
Experience with MDM migration and product upgrades including leading non-functional requirements
Mode ‘ You build it; You run it
Development experience within teams following DevOps best practices and continuous integration
Experience on Unix / Linux, OpenShift, WebSphere, DataPower, Kafka and MQ technologies.
Development experience on API Connect, WAS, RESTFul, Swagger, YAML, JSON, SOAP and XML tools / technologies.
Experience on DevOps Jenkins and UrbanCode technologies
AGILE, AWS cloud knowledge
LANGUAGE:
*Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
