Position Description:
Reporting to the IS&T COE Product Management Team Lead, the Teamcenter PLM Functional Analyst is responsible for configuring and optimizing Teamcenter to meet client’s needs. This role involves contributing to innovative technology-based business solutions and translating business requirements into actionable processes.
The position demands strong functional and technical expertise in Teamcenter, along with exceptional communication skills and business insight. The analyst will collaborate closely with clients, architects, development teams, and managers to deliver effective solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Administer user accounts, preferences, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
-Monitor IS ticketing system, manage ticket priorities, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
-Provide application and process support for T4EA, CATIA, TCIC, Teamcenter, and Teamcenter Visualization.
-Administer and optimize Teamcenter dispatcher services and related environments.
-Work with the development team to create test cases and perform regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-Conduct workshops, provide training to business power users, and support UAT activities.
-Consult with engineering, operations, and service teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
-Develop and maintain support documentation for internal teams and key users.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
-Proficiency in Teamcenter, including BMIDE, Active Workspace, Deployment Center, Structure Manager, Workflow Viewer, Product Configurator, and more. Experience with Teamcenter 14 and newer versions is preferred.
-Familiarity with T4EA, CATIA, Polarion, and Capital is preferred.
-Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills for live-site issues.
-Ability to document solutions, create procedures, and deliver end-user training materials.
-Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
-3+ years of professional experience with Teamcenter system administration.
-Experience with IT operating systems, networking, and system administration.
